What Happens in This Session

Arrival and Observation
Before hands are laid on your horse, Talitha observes posture, stance, and movement. What your horse does before the session starts tells as much as what happens during it.

Palpation Assessment
A systematic hands-on assessment identifies areas of tension, restriction, and compensation. Every session begins with a fresh read of where your horse is today.

Bodywork
Targeted massage, myofascial release, and soft tissue techniques applied to the areas identified in assessment. Your horse's response guides the session throughout.

Debrief and Recommendations
After the session Talitha walks you through what was found, what was addressed, and what to watch for. You leave with a clear picture of where your horse is and what comes next.

Yes. All bodywork sessions are conducted at your barn across the North Okanagan, BC. Your horse stays in their own environment, which supports a more relaxed and productive session.
New clients start with a free 15-minute discovery call. This gives Talitha a chance to learn about your horse, your goals, and whether AEP is the right fit before your first session is scheduled.
Existing clients can book through their Equi-Pro Connect portal or reach out to Talitha directly by text or email.
This depends on your horse's workload, history, and goals. Talitha will make a recommendation after your first session. Many performance horses benefit from monthly maintenance, while horses in rehabilitation may need more frequent sessions initially.
Your horse should be clean, dry, and accessible in a quiet space. Have any relevant veterinary history on hand. If your horse has specific sensitivities or recent treatment, let Talitha know ahead of time.
No. Equine bodywork complements veterinary care and works best as part of a broader wellness team. If Talitha identifies something that warrants veterinary attention, she will tell you clearly and directly.
