Your Initial Intake
Before your first session, you'll complete an intake form covering your horse's full history. Where required, vet sign-off will be confirmed prior to treatment. All expectations, policies, and consent are covered in your client agreement — so there are no surprises.
Your Appointment
You'll receive reminders ahead of your session with everything you need to prepare — including having your horse groomed and ready before your appointment time. I do my best to keep on schedule, and when extra time is needed I'll always err on the side of doing more rather than less.
Your Session Report
After every session, you'll receive a comprehensive digital report outlining your horse's assessment, findings, and care recommendations — so you always know exactly what was done and why.
Your Exercise Plan via EQ-Active
Where appropriate, I'll build out a customised exercise program for your horse and/or rider through EQ-Active — a dedicated platform for progressive, structured movement work between sessions.
Ongoing Care via Your Client Portal
Through your secure Equi-Pro client portal, you can access session reports, update your horse's profile, manage appointments, and stay connected to your care plan — all in one place.
